1. Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery services in the following areas:

Inside Dhaka Metro: Full coverage.

Dhaka Suburbs: (Mention specific areas like Savar, Gazipur, Narayanganj if applicable).

Outside Dhaka: We ship non-perishable items nationwide via partner courier services.

2. Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery (Inside Dhaka): Orders placed before 4:00 PM will be delivered within 24 hours.

Express Delivery: Available for select zones within 2–4 hours (additional charges may apply).

Outside Dhaka: Orders usually take 2–5 business days depending on the courier service.

Note: Delivery times may vary during public holidays, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via SMS or Email with a tracking link or the contact details of our delivery rider.

4. Receiving Your Delivery
Inspection: Please check your items (especially perishables like fish, meat, and vegetables) in front of the delivery person.

Issues: If any item is damaged or missing, please report it to the rider immediately or call our support team.

5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled at no cost before they are dispatched. If an order is cancelled at the doorstep without a valid reason, a delivery charge may still apply.
